On November 24, reports emerged that the Beijing Hyundai Chongqing plant has been taken over by Changan Automobile and will serve as a production line for Deepal. In response, a reporter sought verification from Deepal, and a relevant person in charge said: "There is such a plan, but the start of production and the specific models to be produced are still at an undisclosed stage." The plant had been listed for sale multiple times and was ultimately sold to Liangjiang New Area Investment for 1.62 billion yuan. Currently, Changan Automobile has already put the Liangjiang plant into production in Liangjiang New Area, while Deepal's production capacity is concentrated in its Nanjing and Beijing plants. Deepal's production capacity is increasing rapidly, its second-generation products are being developed in an orderly manner, and it plans to launch a cumulative total of 30 products before 2030.
