On August 1st, the all-new Hongqi Tian Gong 08 670 Max was officially launched, with a market guidance price of 197,900 yuan. After stacking a 2,000 yuan deposit expansion to offset 10,000 yuan and a 10,000 yuan purchase tax subsidy, the limited-time benefit price is 179,900 yuan. Six major launch gifts were also introduced simultaneously, covering benefits such as trade-in subsidies, financial interest discounts, wheel upgrades, and seat upgrades.
The new car is positioned as a "safe and intelligent large five-seat" SUV, with body dimensions of 4,925×1,950×1,680 mm and a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. Built on an 800V high-voltage platform, the 670 Max version is equipped with a rear single motor, with a maximum power of 257 kW, peak torque of 450 N·m, 0-100 km/h acceleration in 5.8 seconds, CLTC range of 670 kilometers, and fast charging from 10%-80% in only 12 minutes.
The cabin is equipped with a 15.6-inch 2.5K integrated dual-screen and a 65.5-inch AR-HUD, and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip.
The biggest highlight is the launch method. Feng Biao, general manager of the Hongqi Tian Gong Business Division, and Shen Shaojie, CEO of Zhuoyu Technology, personally led the team to complete a full-scenario live test broadcast in Shenzhen during heavy rain, covering urban commuting, Huaqiangbei urban village roads, continuous ramps, unprotected left turns, and narrow-road U-turns, all without editing or retakes. The equipped Hongqi Sinan intelligent driving system adopts Zhuoyu's inertial navigation tri-camera stereo vision solution, which can achieve target recognition at ultra-long distances of more than 600 meters, with obstacle ranging accuracy reaching 5 centimeters. The intelligent driving system is standard across the entire lineup and free for life, with no paid subscription.
Quick comment:
Live-streaming an intelligent driving test in heavy rain, with no editing throughout - Hongqi's move is indeed tough enough. At 179,900 yuan, it offers 800V, 8295P, a 3-meter wheelbase, and also makes advanced intelligent driving standard and free for life. There is little to nitpick about either the price or the configuration. However, the 200,000-yuan-class pure electric SUV market is already packed with rivals, and whether the Tian Gong 08 can achieve differentiation with this "vision-based" intelligent driving solution still depends on real user reputation. At least, daring to hand the steering wheel over to the car itself in heavy rain deserves a thumbs-up.
